Quality assurance begins with a high level of principal involvement and extensive field
investigation. All projects are organized, from schematic design through construction
documents, by a principal engineer who supervises the project, as well as actively
participates in design and specification writing. Project documents are constantly reviewed
and coordinated with the design team throughout the design phases before final
construction documents are presented. Our philosophy on quality control and existing
conditions in relation to the new program is performed to make sure big picture the current
design. Our role is to assist the design team in whatever way possible to ensure a quality
set of documents. We do this on in-house projects as well as projects reviewed for other
design teams. Being a part of the overall team is our goal and ensures the success of the
project.
